If you are now ready to experience the wonderful environment of Casa Giacomo we would be very happy to help organise an inspection trip .

If you book an Inspection trip and would like to stay at Casa Giacomo we will offer a discount on the normal cost of rental.

We are delighted to offer potential owners the opportunity to stay at Casa Giacomo and experience the residence first hand.

We are able to accommodate up to 8 people for a minimum of 3 nights.

The normal weekly rental rate for Casa Giacomo is £3000.

Cost of accommodation to stay at Casa Giacomo:

2 people (1 bedroom) - £200 total per night,

3 night stay £600 or weekly rate of £1400

4 people (2 bedrooms) - £250 total per night,

3 night stay £750 or weekly rate of £1750

6 People (3 bedrooms) - £300 total per night,

3 night stay £900 or weekly rate of £2100

8 people (4 bedrooms) - £350 total per night,

3 night stay £1050 or weekly rate of £2450

The cost of your stay will be refunded against any subsequent membership purchase!

You will have full access to all the facilities at Casa Giacomo through out your stay and will hopefully be so impressed you will wish to join our family of owners at Casa Giacomo.

We also have access to an extensive range of accommodation for your stay that ranges from quaint historical town apartments to luxury Bed & Breakfasts. There are also a number of good hotels and Agriturismo.
