Your Initial Enquiry 

When you’ve checked out our available homes, you’ll more than likely have one or two homes that will have piqued your interest the most. 

The next step is to send us an enquiry to request more details about the properties you’re interested in and to better understand our fractional ownership model. 

Connect with Our Team

Once our team has received your message, they will swiftly supply you with the property details you have requested, and a comprehensive explanation of how fractional ownership works. 

We try to narrow down your requirements and allow you to focus on the best property for your needs. We will send you photos, a selection of video tours, insight into the property location, and Le Marche. 

We also get into all the boring stuff (or very important depending on how you look at it) which includes a breakdown of the structure, purchase costs, residency booking process, annual service charges and testimonials from owners. We can also arrange for you to speak to existing owners so you can hear first-hand about their experiences. 

You will have lots of questions, and we are on hand to answer these as clearly as possible. We often suggest a Zoom call so we can talk face-to-face which helps to cement the relationship, build trust and ensure confidence.

Book a Discovery Visit

If these stages have made you more enthusiastic about potentially owning a luxurious Le Marche home, it’s time to move on to one of the most exciting parts of the process: the discovery visit. 

To really experience the beauty of our properties and their equally remarkable locations, we invite potential buyers on a trip to Le Marche. This includes:

• The chance to spend time with Michael Hobbs, co-founder of Appassionata.

• Two nights' accommodation in our Apartment for the price of one.

• A tour of our properties and the local area.

• Lunch or dinner in one of the many excellent restaurants.

We find it remarkable how often clients come on a trip and are amazed at how beautiful and authentic Le Marche is, they often have no knowledge of the region and think it is somehow less appealing than some of our more famous neighbours. 

Once here they realise, it is one of Italy's best-kept secrets, a region of rolling hills, medieval hilltop villages, a coastline full of blue flag beaches, and a mountain range that creates a dramatic backdrop to this majestic countryside. Make Your Decision

Sign a Contract 

You have all the property’s information, you’ve experienced walking through its front door and you’ve even spent time in the local town as if it was already your home away from home…

When you’re certain that you’re ready to turn your dream into a reality, all you have to do is let us know. 

Once we’re done celebrating your decision, we’ll send you the contract so that you can officially secure your share. We use a digital contract signing service, DocuSign, so everything is easily done online and signed within a matter of days.

Book Your Holiday

After the contract has been signed and funds have been transferred, we confirm that you have legally become an official, registered shareholder in your chosen home, you are then sent your membership share certificate and added to the members register.
