Flexible and Future-Proof Ownership

We understand that life isn’t always straightforward, so our booking process offers flexibility to adapt to your changing needs. 

Our innovative fractional ownership residency calendar provides owners with an easy booking process that guarantees four, or five weeks of occupancy (depending on the property) which includes two weeks in the summer and two or three weeks in the off-season. 

These weeks can be used by you, your family or friends, swapped with another owner, or offered out for use by the entire Appassionata owner network. This will also allow you to have the opportunity to pick up additional weeks, in all 6 properties, when they become available. As all properties are unique in their location, and facilities, so you could get the wonderful opportunity to experience all of the homes created by Appassionata.
