Travelling to the beautiful Le Marche region of Italy in 2004, Michael and Dawn discovered a combination of unspoilt countryside, sea, mountains and an incredible quality of life that they knew they wanted to invest in and share with their family and friends.
The Hobbs family decided to share their passion and excitement for Le Marche with a select group of people who would appreciate their unique approach to creating properties that combined tradition and luxury… That’s when Appassionata was born.
Through Appasionata, they share a vision to create something magical, reflecting their life experiences and incorporating traditional family values. Their unique fractional ownership proposition brings luxury property and true escapism to a wider market, so more people can enjoy the finer things in life.

Before You Arrive

Charlie, an experienced builder, runs the maintenance and project management team, and ensures that our homes are always in perfect condition. Unlike regular holiday home ownership, there’s no need to worry about whether the boiler is working, the grass is cut, or the pool cleaned, all taken care of ahead of your arrival
If there’s anything in particular that could make an owner's trip truly complete, from stocking the cupboards with a range of cheese or filling the cantina with local wine, our team is happy to accommodate all reasonable requests.

During Your Stay

India is always on hand to make your holiday experience as stress-free as possible. She provides ongoing owner liaison and runs the management company that oversees all of the properties.
If a homeowner wants a reservation at their favourite restaurant or needs some advice on what excursions to book, India is on hand to make their Le Marche trip the best, most relaxing experience possible.

After You Leave

From experience, we know that our homeowners are ready to book their next visit before they’ve even finished zipping up their suitcases to leave.
With this in mind, we developed our accessible and easy-to-use residency calendar which provides a simple, flexible and fair solution to our reservation booking process. 
In September & October, owners choose their weeks for the following year. They book 2 consecutive weeks in the peak period (May to September) and 2 or 3 weeks, depending on the house, in the off-peak period. These weeks can be exchanged with co-owners, used by friends and family or rented to a third-party.
