A fully equipped modern kitchen and beautifully appointed bathroom, with large walk in shower, will make your stay very comfortable. Underfloor heating throughout makes this an ideal location for winter and summer stays.

The apartment is situated in a prominent position on the south side of the medieval village of Petritoli, on top of a panoramic hill, 350m above sea level, benefiting from stunning views to the Adriatic Sea and Sibillini mountains. A truly unique village location in Le Marche.

They are delighted to share this wonderful space with anyone interested in visiting this incredible part of Italy, and is ideal as a romantic hideaway or as an incredibly comfortable base while exploring the area.

There is an eclectic mix of historic buildings and piazza to be found when exploring Petritoli. Four churches, a restored Civic Tower (with viewing terrace), a small theatre and the Three Arches, anchored by 15th century turrets, that dramatically form the entrance to the village, a welcome sight on arrival.

Choices for dinner are excellent, with four highly regarded restaurants (Ristorante Re Squarchio, Osteria della Cornacchie & Ristorante Roma), Pizzeria ‘Girasole’, and an Enoteca ‘Anti-Sociale’ are all within easy walking distance of the Apartment. The quality of the Petritoli restaurants is remarkable for such a small community but not surprising when you consider the Italians love of food.

A nightly stay is only €150 (subject to a minimum of 2 nights), a 10% discount is offered for 7 or more nights and 20% for a month or more.
